Do this To Manage Your Anxiety

If you suffer with anxiety and /or have had several anxious moments  in the last few months  you know how debilitating this can be.

The yoga practice of Anuloma Viloma or alternate nostril breathing has been shown to help manage anxiety and improve brain function. This pranayama practice is typically practiced at the start of every Sivananda class and consists of  the inhalation through one nostril , the holding of the breath and then the exhalation through the opposite nostril.
